Small Business Weekly To Do List | Printable PDF


I designed this Weekly To Do List for myself two years ago, and I've used every week since. It's great for freelancers (especially designers), small business owners, and anyone who needs to prioritize and organize weekly tasks. I print several at a time—usually 4, for the month—then rotate them on a clipboard. (If you want to keep old lists, you can hole-punch and store them in a binder.)

There are 4 sections:

  1. Tasks :: lines for 20 tasks, each with its own deadline. Mini checkboxes keep you motivated and on track. (Tip: Use pencil for this section just in case things change. Add a star next to any tasks that have to get done that day.)
  2. On-Going :: a blank box for writing a list of clients or projects that require on-going attention.
  3. Appointments :: a blank box for the week's appointments. I kept this simple and flexible since my schedule is constantly changing.
  4. Don't Forget! :: extra space at the bottom to write reminders.

This is a printable PDF (makes 1 list per 8.5" x 11" sheet.)
