a lilac-blossom-scone-inspired color palette

I've never been a morning person. If it were up to me, I would sleep until 10am every day...UNLESS, of course, fresh-baked scones awaited me. Looking at this photo, I can imagine the flour brush off onto my hands as I break off a bite of crumbly-yet-soft, buttery, deliciousness. Mmmmmmmm! I can almost smell the lilac and citrus, too.

Check out Jayme's three recipes—including Lilac Simple Syrup, Lilac Haze (a gin cocktail), and Lilac Blossom Almond Scones—by clicking below!

WHAT ARE THESE COLOR CODES? The “hex codes” above are provided as a courtesy for those customizing website colors or looking for general color inspiration. They are not based on paint or Pantone chips. Remember that ink on paper will never look the same as light on a screen. If you like a combination you see, we recommend saving the image and heading to your local hardware store to find paint chips that match. Digital colors will change depending on your phone/tablet/computer screen, so be sure to color match with real swatches. Also, I make up all the color names.

Happy [Belated] Friday and thanks again to Jayme for allowing me to share her work!
