Hooray! The start of this adventure never gets old. Once we’ve spoken briefly and you’re ready to move forward, you’ll send Nikki an email to secure your start date. The next step will be signing a contract and putting down a security deposit (usually 33% of the project total).

Because we work with one client at a time, it’s possible we may be booked 6-8 weeks out. Don’t worry:  the wait time flies, and you’ll have a bit of homework to share more info with me before we start.

The branding package takes 3 weeks, start to finish. If you choose to launch a website once branding is complete, that adds on just 2 weeks.

You’re our TOP priority during your work period, and we’ll be in constant communication until your files are delivered. We’re not interested in a drawn-out project any more than you are - we can’t wait to see you done and launched!

We offer one signature package for branding. Years have taught us what an interior designer needs, and what they don’t - we’ve got you covered, with no unnecessary work.

If you’re just looking for one or two things: imagine a client, excited to transform their living room, asking if you can just help them pick out a sofa. You already know how that story will end, right? Even a fabulous statement sofa does not replace thinking through the entire room. They’ll be happiest with the outcome if they trust you to look at the big picture and tie together all the details, not just help them with a single piece.

Our package has been specifically designed for your market and will establish a solid foundation for future work. Our clients are amazed by everything we send on Delivery Day. Even when we check in with them a few months after launch, the unanimous response seems to be “We’re still all set!”

That said, we now offer a Core branding package for those just getting started, and an Heirloom branding package that includes a luxury stationery suite. We can also be flexible if you have specific needs (like, more help with print work and less help with social media). Let’s talk about it during your free consultation!

We respect your time, so our goal is to make this as easy, enjoyable, and efficient as possible for you. We keep meetings to a minimum, give you our full and undivided attention, and follow a strict project timeline:

Prior to booking, we’ll find a spot in your schedule when you won’t be out of state for an install or attending a tech-free retreat in Bali. We don’t need your schedule to be open, but we don’t want to compete with your other year highlights.

Shortly after booking, we’ll send an in-depth branding questionnaire, designed to be easy to complete within about 2 weeks during the pockets of time you have in your average work week. The questionnaire is due 1 week before your start date (don’t worry - we’ll send reminder emails to keep you on track).

On your start date, we’ll have a kickoff call to review your homework, ask each other questions, and come up with a game plan for your design direction. This could, potentially, be our only scheduled meeting for the entire project; however, you will need to be available to provide feedback within 24 hours of receiving emails as we move through each phase.  

Rest assured, our clients have little trouble with this, as receiving new materials that represents who you are feels a lot like Christmas morning.

Absolutely.

It’s not something you want to have going in the background of your 2-week family vacation, as we will need you to check and respond to emails pretty quickly to stay on schedule. But as long as a professional like you is in ‘work mode,’ you’ll find you can easily handle our bite-size bursts of communication. That’s how we’re able to condense what takes some creative agencies months into a thorough yet speedy 3-week intensive.

Most of my clients have been through at least a partial branding process before, so I see industry norms come through my door all the time. I can say with confidence what sets me apart:

We assume you’ll grow. In 17 years of business, we’ve seen many clients level up quickly - by several orders of magnitude. Thus, we know the kinds of things people discover they need, and include them from the start. Our goal isn’t just to deliver a brand, but to deliver everything we know you’d come and ask for, even dozens of projects into your new life. You’ll reach for your brand package and discover you already have it.

Scope.  I consider the full spectrum of professional activity. I’ll give you an example: A client once rebranded with another designer, then went to make a wax seal of her logo. The file, however, was not suitable, so the engraver could not use it. She was already limited in what she could do with her brand-new brand!

A professional at your level frequently thinks in broad terms about what they can do with their brand, including digital and physical products which have very different requirements to look good. I straddle both worlds with ease so that whatever comes up, you’re ready. I respect your time too much to want you to have to engage me for endless revisions and add-ons.
