a hens-and-chicks-inspired color palette
A couple weeks ago, I sent my friend @stephalope some custom rubber stamps, and in return she sent me a trio of a-DORABLE mini cactus pots (one of which can be spotted in the upper right of this photo).
If you're a maker interested in trading stamps for some of your goods, give me a holler on Pretty Peas' Instagram! Trading is awesome because it feels more like exchanging gifts than straight-up spending money on things you want but don't need. [Insert guilty-face emoticon here.]
If you're NOT a maker, no worries...I made you this color palette of succulent-inspired pastels.
CHALKY PINK #E5DBDC / LIGHT LAVENDER-GRAY #CCC6CC / BLEU #B4BCC9
COTTAGE BLUE #76879B / SILVER DOLLAR EUCALYPTUS #5C7A8A + #A8C6C4
WHAT ARE THESE COLOR CODES? The “hex codes” above are provided as a courtesy for those customizing website colors or looking for general color inspiration. They are not based on paint or Pantone chips. Remember that ink on paper will never look the same as light on a screen. If you like a combination you see, we recommend saving the image and heading to your local hardware store to find paint chips that match. Digital colors will change depending on your phone/tablet/computer screen, so be sure to color match with real swatches. Also, I make up all the color names.
Happy Friday!
